“Where you sense the shattering

of your health, home, or heart,

may you turn towards the shards

with tenderness + tenacity,

trusting your life can still become art

Joy isn’t done with you yet.”

—K. J. Ramsey

what type of therapies do you offer?

Both mel and sarah practice a number of therapeutic modalities, believing that an individualized person-centered approach allows for greater attuning to each client’s needs, vulnerabilities, readiness and personality.

three modalities commonly used in sessions are listed below. Each encourages clients to honor their capacity and readiness for change while supporting emotional/somatic release and memory integration. click on the link to learn more!
